Subsidised Training Programs Supported by the Brimbank City Council
March your business to better outcomes in 2016
The People, Performance, Profits Program is a self-paced business development training course facilitated by a professional advisor working with businesses to improve practices, efficiency, performance and people management.
Valued at $600 per business this program is available to 15 businesses for just $150 plus GST. Funding from the Brimbank City Council Business Development initiative will subsidise the remaining $450.00.
The program contains 5 facilitated sessions during March 2016:
Workshop 1 – Discover why you need ”People Strategy” in your business and how to plan for it.

Workshop 2 – Learn the value of good HR process/systems that protects and grows your business.
10 March 2016, 9.00am – 12.30pm, Conference Room, Brimbank City Council, Keilor Office
Workshop 3 – Understanding the importance of having Governance and Compliance in your business in line with the Fair Work Act
17 March 2016, 9.00am – 12.30pm, Studio 1, Visy Cares Hub, Harvester Road, Sunshine
Workshop 4 – Learn how to conduct a proactive performance management process in your business
24 March 2016, 9.00am – 12.30pm, Committee Rooms A & B, Brimbank City Council, Keilor Office
Workshop 5 – Discover the value of conducting workshops in your business to grow high profits.
