Employees are the biggest cost to a business, so it is critical to get the best out of every employee. DiSC Profiling provides business owners with a cost-effective way to do just that.
What is a DiSC Profile?
DiSC profiles look at how you respond to certain situations, how to influence others and how you respond to co-workers. Employers use DiSC Assessment to assess teams, communication and potential candidates.
DiSC profiles describe behavioural styles and how to relate better with others in the workplace. When workers understand their own behaviour and that of others, they learn how to communicate more effectively and relate better to the different motivational needs of the people around them, thus making the work environment more efficient.
Managers, in particular, are more successful when they understand their management style and the environment they create for their team.
Employers use DiSC information to assemble teams that work and communicate well together which often results in more productive and efficient meetings.
Each DiSC personality style has its unique strengths. Most people fall into one or two combinations in the DiSC graph.
In the training programs we facilitate for businesses, we always recommend incorporating DiSC Profiling. Management and/or Workplace Profiling are strongly encouraged to conduct in-depth comparison reports of team members.
DiSC profiling doesn’t just provide individuals with an understanding of their own behavioural style – it gives them specific strategies to achieve better results by improving communication and relationships with everyone else in the workplace.
You can order profile reports for managers, salespeople, and everyone in the workplace and have a workshop for your business designed to bring teams together.

Is a DiSC Profile right for my organisation?
A DiSC assessment is great for forward-thinking companies that want a competitive advantage. DiSC profiles teach you how to improve communication and understanding between team members. DiSC profiles can turn conflict into a positive, productive exercise that helps your organisation move forward successfully. DiSC profiles can also help improve your effectiveness in sales situations.
The ability to create rapport is a fundamental skill in sales, management, executive-level leadership and everyday life. The goal of DISC is to help users first build, then maximise productive relationships. You do not have to change your personality, you simply need to recognise what drives other people and understand your options for effectively dealing with them.
