Rebecca provides support and advice to Keyba clients on all HR related (Human Resources) matters.
She graduated in 2015 with a Human Resources degree and has been a HR practitioner since then. Her specialisations include industrial relations, policies, payroll and recruitment.
Working for a broad range of industries helped her realise her passion for small businesses. She understands the pain points of running a business and wanted a role that encompasses HR and small business experience – that’s how she landed her role at Keyba. Besides being a strong team player, Rebecca is very optimistic, empathetic and is committed to helping businesses achieve measurable outcomes. She thrives off a learning environment and enjoys the variety her role brings.
