She has worked in many small businesses and start-ups prior to Key Business Advisors and is about to complete her Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management.
Gina is very passionate about people, and connection. She has always had an interest in helping small businesses to realise their potential and reach their goals. Therefore, she knew a career in Human Resources was going to fulfill her passion. The people in her life inspire her every day, particularly small business owners that have taken risks to turn their passion into their career. Gina is proud of the hard work and dedication that she applied to the organisations she has worked for, particularly in seeing the organisations grow over the years, and building the client base has been one of her professional accomplishments.
Gina grew up in Hobart, Tasmania. She loved growing up in Hobart as the environment nurtured her through her childhood years. She moved to Melbourne almost nine years ago to follow her career path and look for new adventures.
She is warm, passionate, and a foodie lover! She is also professional, hardworking, inspired, and ambitious! She likes good food, wine, and human connection.
