During their visit, they connected with their client, Catchpole & Rye ✨

Colin focused on enhancing their Business, Sales, and Customer Experience strategies while collaborating with the brilliant team in the Chelsea showroom, including his daughter, Eliza Wilson ✨

They had the privilege of visiting the Kent office, which features a showroom, photo studio, and workshops where all products are hand-finished. Here, they worked closely with the family on Business and Leadership strategies for growth, empowering staff and exploring ways to recognise and reward their hard work 💪✨

On Friday, they enjoyed visiting some of Catchpole & Rye's competitors to compliment the visit.

This trip was immensely beneficial for Catchpole & Rye, a company with over 30 years of evolution and expansion as a prestigious bathroom company 🛁🎉

A heartfelt thank you to Tony, Lily, and Jack for their wonderful hospitality, hosting Colin and Lorraine in a charming 500-year-old bed and breakfast near Ashford, Kent 🏡
