Faced with the difficult task of assisting a fledgling organisation achieve accreditation, Maja (HR Consultant, Key business Advisors) embraced the challenge in a veracious and systematic way. She has been responsible for implementing systems and processes required for the business to expand, as well as matters relating to Human Resources. Maja is at all times professional, approaching the often difficult task of managing employee performance with consideration and compassion. She is not adverse to challenging the management team if she believes a better outcome for the business could be achieved. Without Maja experience and expertise, I have no doubt the business would not have achieved accreditation, and we would still be struggling to move forward.
