Steven has represented Telstra in various roles on the retail consumer front for eight years and in business roles for the past three years before he joined KBA. In his previous role as Telstra Business Coach SA & WA, Steven developed strong partner and internal stakeholder relationships and was recognised for providing effective, value-for-money training. Roger has been on thousands of sales calls with highly experienced salespeople and those just beginning their sales careers. He has vast experience in successfully dealing with the different personality types that are attracted to a sales career, as he was in charge of teams of five to 50 people when he was a Sales Manager.
