After completing her Psychology degree at The University of Melbourne, she chose to pursue a career in HR and people‑focused work.
She has a natural interest in understanding behaviour and supporting others, and is excited to grow her skills in HR and business support while contributing to a positive workplace environment.
Outside of work, Izzy finds purpose in volunteering and loves traveling. She brings a kind, grounded approach to everything she does and genuinely enjoys supporting the people around her.
