Feedback is a key to success in business, as well as in all areas of life. Most of the time, we don’t see ourselves the way other people do. As a business owner or manager, giving effective feedback to your staff is necessary to get the most from every employee, and receiving constructive feedback from staff can help you improve as a business owner or manager.

Of course, getting feedback from customers is important if you want to make sure that you are meeting their needs, and also let them know that they are important to you. Feedback can give you a clearer picture of what works and what does not work. You can then adjust your strategies and processes to better serve your customer base or clientele and ensure that your business continues to grow.

Knowing the value of feedback, Key Business Advisors always strives to make it easier to receive and efficiently address feedback from clients, so from this month we will be conducting online surveys on our customised training programs. Instead of paper-based surveys at the conclusion of our training programs, participants will be able to use any browser to let us know how they found KBA’s training sessions. This new system will also allow us to better manage and act on data from clients’ feedback.

How do you get feedback from your staff and customers? Let us know if we can help your business have the right processes in place when it comes to getting and analysing feedback that can help you improve staff satisfaction and customer service.
