Background

After five years of business underperformance, Cam and his business partner decided to go their separate ways. A variance in goals, indecision and other differences, left Cam and his wife faced with the huge task of making this business really work. In the short eight months since the business was re-launched, Cam has experienced a rapid advancement in cultural improvements, profitability and sales performance – all without having to touch a single cent of his back-up plan overdraft.
