“We reached out to KeyBA not long after start up. Initially to help us define and document a business plan/ strategy and then to assist will all our HR matters when we started employing staff. We know what we were all about but needed help locking that down to specifics and putting it into a tangible document that became the business plan.”

“For the business plan, without having a clearly documented strategy, it was easy to go off on a tangent and lose focus. By having it mapped out we were focused, had accountability and knew where we were going and how to get there. In regards to HR it can be a bit of a minefield – so many processes, procedures and regulations that need to be followed and it’s very unforgiving if you get it wrong. We use KeyBA to assist with recruiting for the majority of our roles and to essentially be our outsourced HR team from onboarding, to policy and procedure compliance to assisting with performance reviews and all day-to-day HR needs.”
