Since joining Key Business Advisors in February, Ray has already assisted clients in managing performance and conduct issues, working on several misconduct investigations in relation to theft, bullying, and misuse of information systems.

We attended a fantastic HR workshop with Colin which was promoted through the AFDA. While we have had a rough idea of where we need to get to with our HR processes for some time, Colin helped outline the path to actually getting there and demystified some of the concepts we were less familiar with. Within just a few weeks we are already moving towards implementing parts of what we learned. I am looking forward to working with KeyBA more in the future.
