KBA’s Employee of the Month: Marie O’Donnell

Marie OโDonnell, Business Manager, is Key Business Advisorโ Employee for the Month for November!
KBA Director Colin Wilson announced that some of the reasons colleagues nominated Marie were:

- โI believe Marie is committed and dedicated to her role and KBA โ because she knows the business inside and out, she is also able to assist everyone at KBA to perform their roles better.โ
- โReassuring that everyone in the business is on the same page, and empowering them to be their best!โ
- โFor her continued commitment to her role and betterment of the KBA. She provides the right balance in the office โ serious when she needs to be, but fun and easy-going when the time is right.โ
Those who voted for Marie said she stood out for November because:
- โHer hard work has resulted in at least three great sales for me alone in the last month. Not only that, but she has also continued to be supportive, positive, dedicated and a good laugh.โ
- โShe is fully committed to her role within the company, and provides support to other staff members in order for them to grow within their roles.โ
