January Employee of the Month: Ashlie Harrison

We would like to congratulate Ashlie Harrison, who was our ‘Super STAR’ standout employee for the month of January.
Ashlie has been recognised for her hard work, organisation and commitment to the company in January.
Team members who nominated Ashlie say they did so because:
- She just gets in and gets the job done to an exceptional standard, and never complains!
- For being organised, following-up and taking on more responsibilities within her role
- Never saying no to work that is given to her
According to her colleagues the reasons Ashlie stood out for the month were:
- Time management, assisting the team whenever needed and completing her work
- Ashlie is always willing to help, and is an integral part of the team
- The way that you can ask and explain something to Ashilie once and she will get strait into the task.
Colleagues said others could learn the following from Ashlie:
- To always be supportive to your colleagues
- Putting one foot in front of the other…if you work your way down the list and never lose focus you will get the job done
- Don’t be scared to delegate tasks for Ashlie to do for you
