Hip Pocket Workwear & Safety Grafton opened its doors 13 ½ years ago on the 9^th May 2011.

The store began operating with two staff. Steven the owner and another full-time person (who told us on the second week that she had booked a 2 month overseas holiday – a learning curve on our part).

Over the past 11 years we have slowly built the business up to include an embroidery department and have had major renovations. We now employ seven staff. Four full time (includes owners Simone and Steven), 1 full time salesperson/rep, 1 full time embroidery/sales, 1 casual cleaner, 1 casual embroidery, 1 casual bookkeeper.

We work with a great team of people who bring their own skills, knowledge and personalities to the business.
