On the 23rd February, the Fair Work Commission handed down its decision to lower Sunday and Public Holiday penalty rates in some hospitality and retail awards.
The awards affected by the changes are:
- General Retail Industry Award 2010
- Fast Food Industry Award 2010
- Restaurant Industry Award 2010
- Pharmacy Industry Award 2010
- Hospitality Industry (General) Award 2010
