Stephanie Hosking, HR Manager, provides objective advice and expertise to clients by integrating effective HR processes, programs and practices in their daily operations.

Stephanie, a native of France, lived and worked in the UK for three years before deciding to settle in Australia in 2008. Having worked in small businesses in Europe and Australia, she understands all too well how the challenges that owners and managers face can impact employees and their performance. She believes living and working in different countries has also allowed her to develop her resilience, raise her cross-cultural awareness, understand different perspectives and think more creatively.

Stephanie decided to join the HR profession after a few years of travelling and working in the hospitality, retail and recruitment industries, has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and is currently studying for her Graduate Diploma in Psychology.

A member of the Australian Human Resources Institute since 2010, Stephanie creates value to businesses by developing and implementing strategies to maximise growth and improve business performance. As the HR Manager of Key Business Advisors, Stephanie oversees the team of HR consultants to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Her areas of expertise include change management, end to end recruitment, mediation, bullying and misconduct investigations, coaching  &  performance management.
