Stephanie Hosking, HR Manager, helps business owners solve their people management issues and maintain an effective human resources process to take their businesses to the next level.

With a genuine passion for all things HR and a particular interest in organisational behaviour, training and development, Stephanie enjoys keeping abreast of HR legislations as well as innovative people management practices that will add value to business owners, managers, and employees.

Stephanie, who decided to join the HR profession after a few years of travelling and working in the hospitality, retail and recruitment industries, has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Australian Catholic University. Throughout her talent acquisition experience in the UK and in Australia, Stephanie found it very rewarding to see a business thrive as a result of the excellent performance of the candidate she hired for that client.

A member of the Australian Human Resources Institute since 2010, Stephanie is also the co-founder of the HR Talent Community, a professional network that allows HR professionals to exchange ideas to improve the HR profession so that it adds even more value to businesses.

Stephanie, a native of France, lived and worked in the UK for three years before deciding to settle in Australia in 2008. Having worked in small businesses in Europe and Australia, she understands all too well how the challenges that owners and managers face can impact on employees and their performance. She believes living and working in different countries has also allowed her to develop her resilience, raise her cross-cultural awareness, understand different perspectives and think more creatively.
