Maja is a friendly and energetic professional who works closely with her clients to achieve results. Maja is committed to exceeding her clients’ needs by providing timely and valuable advice and training, and by supporting clients to understand how the Performance Management and Performance Review process is central to their business’ success.
Joining the KBA team in 2016, Maja has almost 10 years of HR experience specialising in providing guidance and support to managers through effective HR solutions. With a strong background in Policies and Procedures, Performance Management, Compliance, and Employee Relations, Maja has experience in various industries including Retail, Pharmaceutical and Professional Services. Maja holds a Bachelor of Business Management with a Major in Human Resources from RMIT University.
When Maja is not working, she enjoys her time relaxing and pampering. Maja also enjoys traveling and meeting new people. Maja has also helped to raise money for women’s mental health and is passionate about supporting the community.
